WEBSITE ENQUIRY FORM AND FORMSPREE
Our website enquiry form is processed using Formspree, a third-party form processing service.
When you submit the form, the information you enter is sent to Formspree for processing and delivery to AB Element Ltd. Form submissions may also be stored within our Formspree account.
The information submitted through the form may include:
- name;
- company;
- email address;
- telephone number;
- project location;
- project type;
- proposed programme or timeline; and
- your message.
We use Formspree only to receive and manage website enquiries. We do not currently connect the form to a CRM, advertising platform or marketing mailing system.
Formspree acts as a service provider processing form information on our behalf. Where personal information is processed outside the UK, appropriate data protection safeguards are used by the provider, including contractual safeguards where applicable. Formspree states that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant international transfers.
